Where we stay in Chianti – Corte di Valle

The houses at the estate were restored in 1999 and are typical of the farm settlements in the Chianti area. The grounds have also been freshened up and the woods and the small lake are accessible. You’ll find a pool not far from the saffron gardens. The modest restaurant offers you generous Tuscan meals, with a lovely view of the Chianti vines.

The "extravergine" olive oil is produced by the two thousands trees of the estate. The D.O.C. Chianti Wine comes from the 15 hectares of vineyards, partly facing the villa and partly situated on the other side of the hill. Olive oil, wine, saffron and vegetables are both for tasting and for sale at the farm.

Corte di Valle maintains the structure of the traditional farm settlement with the villa, the hunting house, the house in the wood and the cellar.

14 typical Tuscany styled rooms; rustic, charming and clean, is equipped with bathroom/WC, TV, fridge and mini-bar. The swimming pool, the small lake and the wood are at guests' disposal.
